What is Microdosing?

Microdosing is the practice of using sub-perceptual doses of psychedelics to increase focus, clarity, improve mood, and disrupt anxiety and depression. The main active ingredient in our blends is psilocybin which acts like serotonin and works by stimulating 5-HT2A receptors in the brain. This stimulation causes the production of Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) which stimulates growth while activating different parts of the brain.
