We accept Interac e-Transfer. When you choose it at checkout, the payment address and instructions appear on your confirmation screen and email. Orders placed before 2 PM PST, Monday–Friday, are processed and shipped the same day.

All orders ship Canada-wide with tracking. Canada Post typically takes 3–6 business days and Purolator 1–3, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free.

Yes. Every order goes out in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of kratom on the outside — nothing identifies the contents or the sender.
