Where does Kratom come from?
Most of the kratom on the market comes from Indonesia. Most of the Indonesian kratom comes from the islands of Borneo (Kalimantan) and Sumatra although it is found in many other islands too. Other strains of kratom on the market are from Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Is Kratom legal?
Kratom is legal in most countries around the world however its legality seems to be ever changing. If in doubt please check with your local authorities.
How do I use Kratom?
There are endless references and recommendations on the internet on how people use kratom. It comes down to taste and preference. The most commonly used types of kratom are powder and extracts.
What are the effects of Kratom?
In small amounts kratom is a natural energy enhancer and produces an enhanced mood, making work more pleasurable. In higher dosages it becomes more of a numbing painkiller with sedative effects. Many people choose to use kratom as an opioid alternative.
Is Kratom dangerous?
IF Kratom is not mixed with other drugs or a lot of alcohol it is very safe. There are many scientific journals that show exactly how safe kratom is. It is almost impossible to overdose on it and compared to opioid based drugs Kratom does not cause respiratory failure or severe liver damage.
How much Kratom should I use for the right effects?
This comes down to the individual and type of kratom you use (powder or extract). We recommend starting with a small amount (2-4 grams powder, or 100 mg of extract) and experimenting with higher amounts from there. Once you become a bit more familiar with it, it will be easy to determine how much you need for the desired effects. Please note that it is possible to build up a tolerance to Kratom therefore you should bear in mind what you are using it for. For lighter ailments or recreational use for energy performance it is better to use infrequently and avoid taking larger amounts often. For people suffering from chronic pain or drug withdrawal there are many online resources that detail various protocols for dealing with such issues.
How do I pay and complete my order?

Once you place your order with us you can pay via Interac E-transfer or Cryptocurrency via Plisio. Please follow checkout page instructions to avoid any delays.

First-Time Customers - Why Is My 20% Discount Not Applying At Checkout?

You will need to create an account with us and submit the order. Once the order is submitted the 20% discount will automatically apply. Please note, there is a min order of $60 after discounts. If your order qualifies, the 20% will appear.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
In the off chance that the shipping information has been entered in wrong, the package will be held by Canada Post with a $14 retrieval fee. Customer will take responsibility and will have to pay the retrieval fee ($14) plus additional shipping fees to have the package re-sent. Absolutely NO refunds in these situations.

Kratom Temple is not liable for returned items and cannot supply shipping labels. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for providing us with a tracking number.
