Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No — Kratom Temple is an online-only shop. We don't run a walk-in storefront, which keeps our prices competitive and lets us ship right across Canada. Every order is placed here on the site and delivered to the address you enter at checkout.

Can I pick up my order in person?

We don't offer local pickup. Because we operate entirely online with no public-facing warehouse, shipping is the only way to receive an order. As soon as your order is processed, it's packed and sent out to your address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer and credit card. Once your payment is received, your order moves into processing. Orders placed before 2pm PST are processed and shipped the same day via Canada Post.

What is an Interac e-Transfer?

An Interac e-Transfer is a fast, secure way to send money straight from your Canadian bank account using just an email address. Your bank handles the whole transfer, so none of your banking details are ever shared with us. It's one of the most common ways Canadians pay for online orders.

How do I pay by e-Transfer?

When you choose Interac e-Transfer at checkout, the payment email and full instructions appear on your order confirmation screen and in your confirmation email. Log in to your online banking, send the full order total to that address, and add your order number in the message field so we can match your payment. No security question is needed — transfers are set to auto-deposit.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel and refund any order that hasn't shipped yet. Once an order is on its way we can't stop it — but you're welcome to start a return once it arrives.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes. Create an account (don't check out as a guest) and you'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points are earned on completed orders — 20 points = $1 CAD, and you can redeem up to $15 (300 points) per order. Your balance shows under Your Account.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship across Canada with tracking via Canada Post. Orders placed before 2pm PST are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery time then depends on the option you choose at checkout and where you are:

• Standard / free shipping — the most economical choice; allow up to about two weeks to more remote areas.
• Expedited — a reliable mid-range option, usually a few business days.
• Express / priority — our fastest option, typically 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates are set by the carrier and can shift with their volumes, so treat them as guidelines rather than guarantees.

Can I get same-day delivery with express shipping?

No — even our fastest option doesn't include same-day delivery. Express shipping is the quickest choice and often arrives within a few business days, but the final delivery date is up to the carrier. We do send orders out promptly once they're processed.

Do you ship discreetly? Is "kratom" written on the box?

Yes — your privacy matters to us. Every order goes out in plain, unbranded packaging. There's no mention of kratom anywhere on the outside, and nothing identifies the contents or the sender. Discreet delivery is standard on every order.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel goes out to an incorrect address, Canada Post holds it and charges a $14 retrieval fee. That fee, plus any additional shipping to resend the order, is the customer's responsibility, and orders in this situation aren't refundable.

My tracking says delivered, but I never got it.

Carriers sometimes mark a parcel "delivered" a little before it actually arrives, so it's worth waiting until the next business day. In the meantime, double-check the address on your order and ask anyone in your household, a neighbour, or your building manager whether they accepted it. If it still hasn't shown up about 48 hours after the delivered scan, email us at [email protected] and we'll help you track it down.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To start one, email us at [email protected] and we'll walk you through the steps. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Original shipping charges aren't refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Are your products lab tested?

Yes — every batch is independently third-party lab-tested before it's listed. Testing screens for heavy metals and microbial contaminants and confirms the alkaloid profile, so each lot meets a consistent quality standard before it reaches you. How do I choose the right kratom strain?

Take a look at our strain guide, which breaks every strain down by vein colour, region and aroma. Trying a few different strains is the best way to find the ones that suit you — many come in sampler sizes so you can explore before committing to a larger bag.

Is kratom legal in Canada?

Yes. Kratom is legal to buy, sell and possess in Canada. What's restricted is how it can be marketed: under the Food and Drugs Act it can't be sold for human consumption or promoted with health claims. That's why it's offered strictly as a botanical and aromatherapy product.

Why is kratom sold as "not for human consumption"?

Health Canada hasn't approved kratom as a food, supplement or natural health product, so it can't legally be sold for ingestion or with any health claim attached. Labelling it "not for human consumption" keeps us fully compliant with those regulations and means our products are supplied for botanical, aromatherapy and collection purposes only. It's how we stay transparent and lawful while offering kratom in Canada.
